These Mobile Supply Visit Terms apply to mobile supply visits, delivery-style visits, route-based supply stops, shop visits, appointment requests, product sales during visits, mobile service fees, cancellations, rescheduling, and related communications provided by Prodigy Supply Co.

By requesting, booking, approving, receiving, or purchasing through a mobile supply visit, you agree to these Mobile Supply Visit Terms and any additional terms shown on the website, checkout page, booking page, invoice, quote, or written communication from Prodigy Supply Co.

Service Overview

Prodigy Supply Co. may offer mobile supply visits for barbers, stylists, shops, salons, students, event locations, or approved customers within eligible service areas.

A mobile supply visit may include product delivery, product purchasing, supply restocking, professional product recommendations, service-related coordination, or other approved mobile offerings.

Mobile supply visits are subject to availability, location, route planning, scheduling capacity, inventory availability, payment status, and operational needs.

No Guaranteed Approval

Submitting a mobile supply visit request does not guarantee approval.

Prodigy Supply Co. may approve, decline, reschedule, modify, or request more information before confirming a mobile supply visit.

Reasons a request may be declined or modified include service area limits, scheduling conflicts, route limitations, unsafe location, payment issues, incomplete customer information, product unavailability, minimum order requirements, or operational limitations.

Service Area

Mobile supply visit availability depends on the customer’s location and Prodigy Supply Co.’s approved service area.

Service area availability may change based on route planning, traffic, weather, staffing, events, demand, product availability, and operational needs.

Prodigy Supply Co. may decline or reschedule a request if the requested location is outside the available service area or cannot be serviced safely or efficiently.

Scheduling

Mobile supply visits may require appointment approval.

Appointment dates, times, and arrival windows are estimates unless clearly confirmed otherwise in writing.

Traffic, weather, route changes, prior appointments, vehicle issues, inventory issues, customer delays, or other operational factors may affect arrival time.

Prodigy Supply Co. may reschedule, modify, or cancel a visit when necessary.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, location details, business name if applicable, requested products, appointment notes, building access instructions, parking instructions, and any other information needed to complete the visit.

Customers must be available at the scheduled or confirmed time and location.

Customers are responsible for making sure the location is safe, accessible, and suitable for the visit.

Unsafe or Inaccessible Locations

Prodigy Supply Co. may decline, reschedule, or stop a mobile supply visit if the location is unsafe, inaccessible, not approved, restricted, difficult to access, lacks parking, creates unreasonable risk, or is otherwise unsuitable for the visit.

Prodigy Supply Co. may also decline or stop service due to threatening behavior, unsafe conditions, unsanitary conditions, illegal activity, harassment, or any situation that creates risk for Prodigy Supply Co., its representatives, customers, or property.

Product Availability

Product availability is not guaranteed for mobile supply visits.

Products shown online, requested in advance, discussed by message, or usually carried by Prodigy Supply Co. may not always be available during a mobile supply visit.

Inventory may change due to online orders, supplier availability, route demand, prior sales, manual inventory updates, or operational changes.

Prodigy Supply Co. may suggest substitutions, alternatives, partial fulfillment, future delivery, pickup, shipping, store credit where available, or another option depending on the situation.

Pricing

Product prices, service fees, delivery fees, mobile visit fees, minimum order requirements, discounts, promotions, taxes, and availability may vary and may change unless clearly confirmed in writing.

The final amount due may depend on products selected, quantities, current pricing, taxes, fees, location, service type, and any approved discounts or promotions.

Errors in pricing, product availability, discounts, fees, or totals may be corrected by Prodigy Supply Co.

Minimum Orders and Fees

Mobile supply visits may be subject to minimum order requirements, service fees, delivery fees, travel fees, appointment fees, or other charges if shown at checkout, stated on the website, included in a quote, or confirmed in writing.

Minimums and fees may vary by location, route, appointment type, order size, event, or operational need.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a visit will be approved without a minimum order or fee.

Payment

Payment may be required before the visit, at the time of the visit, after invoice approval, through WooCommerce checkout, through a manual order, through a payment link, through an approved in-person payment method, or through another approved payment process.

Prodigy Supply Co. may require payment before releasing products, confirming a visit, completing delivery, or fulfilling an order.

Orders, visits, or product holds may be canceled or delayed if payment is not completed, declined, reversed, disputed, or flagged for review.

Product Holds

Prodigy Supply Co. may agree to hold certain products for a mobile supply visit, but product holds are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

Product holds may expire if the customer does not complete payment, confirm the appointment, respond to messages, or meet the required timeline.

Prodigy Supply Co. may release held products if payment is not completed, the visit is canceled, the customer does not respond, or operational needs require it.

Cancellations by Customer

Customers should cancel or reschedule as soon as possible if they cannot be available for a mobile supply visit.

If a customer cancels after Prodigy Supply Co. has prepared, packed, routed, traveled, or incurred costs for the visit, Prodigy Supply Co. may apply a cancellation fee, service fee, restocking fee, travel fee, store credit-only resolution, or other reasonable resolution where permitted and disclosed.

If the customer has already purchased products, the product sale may remain final under the Returns & Refunds Policy unless Prodigy Supply Co. approves an exception or a remedy is required by law.

No-Shows

A no-show may include failure to appear, failure to respond, failure to provide access, failure to be available at the location, providing an incorrect location, refusing delivery or service, or otherwise preventing the mobile supply visit from being completed.

No-shows may result in cancellation, loss of appointment priority, service fee, travel fee, cancellation fee, or refusal of future mobile supply visit requests at Prodigy Supply Co.’s discretion.

Rescheduling by Customer

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Prodigy Supply Co. may approve or decline rescheduling based on route planning, inventory availability, scheduling capacity, communication history, and operational needs.

Repeated rescheduling, late rescheduling, incomplete information, or lack of response may result in cancellation or decline of future requests.

Rescheduling by Prodigy Supply Co.

Prodigy Supply Co. may reschedule a mobile supply visit due to weather, traffic, vehicle issue, staffing issue, inventory issue, safety concern, route issue, emergency, event conflict, or operational need.

When Prodigy Supply Co. reschedules, we will make reasonable efforts to offer another available time or provide another reasonable option.

Late Arrival or Route Delays

Arrival times may be affected by traffic, weather, route changes, prior customers, parking, inventory issues, or other operational factors.

Prodigy Supply Co. is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

If a delay affects the appointment, Prodigy Supply Co. may contact the customer with updated timing or rescheduling options.

Product Sales During Mobile Visits

Products sold during mobile supply visits are subject to Prodigy Supply Co.’s Terms of Use, Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, warranty limitations, product-specific terms, and any other applicable policies.

Unless Prodigy Supply Co. approves an exception or a remedy is required by law, product sales are final.

Customers should review products, quantities, pricing, and receipt details at the time of purchase.

Receipts and Order Records

Prodigy Supply Co. may provide receipts, invoices, order confirmations, payment links, or WooCommerce order records depending on the transaction type.

Customers should keep receipts and order confirmations for their records, warranty documentation, tax records, or support requests.

Taxes

Products, services, delivery fees, mobile visit fees, and other charges may be subject to applicable taxes.

Taxes may vary based on the product type, service type, customer location, order structure, payment method, and applicable law.

Promotions, Discounts, and Membership Perks

Promotions, discounts, rewards, gift cards, store credit, coupons, and membership perks may not apply to every mobile supply visit, product, service, fee, tax, delivery charge, event, special order, or manual invoice.

Discounts and perks may be limited, excluded, corrected, or adjusted based on the applicable promotion terms, membership terms, system limitations, or Prodigy Supply Co. approval.

Gift Cards and Store Credit

Gift cards or store credit may be accepted for mobile supply visits only if Prodigy Supply Co. enables and approves that use.

Gift cards and store credit may not be available for all product sales, service fees, mobile visit fees, delivery fees, taxes, manual invoices, or in-person transactions.

Service Limitations

Mobile supply visits are not emergency delivery services and are not guaranteed same-day, next-day, or on-demand delivery unless clearly confirmed in writing.

Prodigy Supply Co. does not guarantee that every requested product, quantity, brand, size, color, variant, or accessory will be available for the visit.

Prodigy Supply Co. does not guarantee route availability, appointment availability, service area availability, or future mobile visit approval.

Communication

Customers are responsible for monitoring email, phone, and text communications related to the mobile supply visit.

Failure to respond to questions, confirmations, payment requests, location requests, or rescheduling messages may result in delay, cancellation, decline, or release of product holds.

Relationship to Shipping

Mobile supply visits are separate from standard shipping.

If products are shipped instead of delivered through a mobile supply visit, the Shipping & Delivery Policy applies.

If an online order cannot be shipped within the stated or required timeframe, Prodigy Supply Co. will follow the applicable delayed order process described in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Relationship to Other Policies

These Mobile Supply Visit Terms work together with Prodigy Supply Co.’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Gift Card Terms, Membership Terms, Shear Sharpening Service Terms, and any checkout, invoice, quote, or written terms provided for a specific visit.
