This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how shipping, processing, delivery estimates, carrier issues, address errors, damaged shipments, and delayed orders are handled.

Shipping Availability

Shipping availability is based on the shipping address, product type, inventory availability, carrier availability, and the shipping methods enabled at checkout.

If a shipping method is not available for your address at checkout, we may not be able to ship to that location at this time.

Available options may include accepting the delay, approving a substitute item, receiving store credit where available, or canceling the unshipped item or order for a refund where required.

Inventory Availability

Inventory may change due to online orders, supplier availability, manual inventory updates, local demand, mobile supply activity, or operational changes.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, Prodigy Supply Co. may contact the customer with available options, which may include a substitute item, partial shipment, store credit where available, cancellation of the unavailable item, or refund where required.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Prodigy Supply Co. is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, lost packages, returned packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to Prodigy Supply Co. because of an address issue, failed delivery, refusal, or non-pickup, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order can be reshipped.

Order Changes After Purchase

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to update a shipping address or order detail.

We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order is placed. Once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or fulfilled, it may not be possible to change the shipping address, shipping method, items, or order details.

Carrier Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information may be sent by email after the order ships.

Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier. Carrier scans may take time to appear or update.

If tracking shows a delay, pending scan, or routing issue, the customer may need to wait for the carrier to update tracking or complete delivery.

Delivered Packages

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should first check the delivery location, mailbox, mailroom, front desk, building office, neighbors, household members, and carrier tracking details.

Prodigy Supply Co. is not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier but are lost, stolen, misplaced, damaged, exposed to weather, or taken after delivery.

We may assist customers with basic carrier claim direction when possible, but final carrier claim decisions are controlled by the carrier or applicable shipping protection provider.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If a package appears lost, stolen, or missing, contact us at support@prodigysupplyco.com with your order number and tracking information.

If shipping protection, package protection, or carrier insurance is available and purchased or applicable, the customer may need to file a claim through the applicable provider or carrier.

If no shipping protection applies, available remedies may depend on the carrier’s policies, claim eligibility, tracking status, and the circumstances of the shipment.

Damaged Shipments

Prodigy Supply Co. carefully prepares orders for shipment, but carrier handling, transit conditions, routing, weather, and delivery handling are outside of our direct control once a package is transferred to the carrier.

Prodigy Supply Co. is not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier, transit handling, weather exposure, carrier delays, carrier misrouting, failed delivery attempts, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery is completed.

If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 2 days of delivery at support@prodigysupplyco.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage. Keep the product, packaging, shipping label, and all packing materials until the issue is resolved.

Damaged shipment claims may require carrier review, shipping protection review, insurance review, or additional documentation. Prodigy Supply Co. may assist with the claim process when possible, but approval, denial, payment, replacement, or reimbursement may be controlled by the carrier, insurer, or shipping protection provider.

This section does not limit any remedy required by law or any remedy approved by Prodigy Supply Co. for a confirmed Prodigy Supply Co. error.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or believe an item is missing from your order, contact us within 2 days of delivery at support@prodigysupplyco.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the items received, packing materials, and shipping label.

International Shipping

International shipping is only available if shown as an option at checkout.

International orders, if offered, may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, restrictions, delays, inspections, or other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is only available if shown as an option at checkout or specifically approved by Prodigy Supply Co.

If local pickup is not offered at checkout, the order must be shipped using an available shipping method.

Mobile Supply Visits

Mobile supply visits are separate from standard shipping and may be subject to service area limits, appointment approval, minimum order requirements, delivery or service fees, inventory availability, and separate mobile supply visit terms.

Preorder items, backordered items, special-order items, limited-release items, and made-to-order items may have separate shipping timelines and terms.
