Prodigy Supply Co. sells professional barber supplies, tools, apparel, grooming products, services, gift cards, memberships, and education/event offerings. Because many items are professional-use, hygiene-sensitive, limited-quantity, special-order, or handled for fulfillment quickly, all sales are final unless an exception is approved by Prodigy Supply Co. or required by law.
All Sales Are Final
All product sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, ordering the wrong item, product preference, duplicate purchases, opened products, used products, or items no longer wanted after purchase.
This includes, but is not limited to, clippers, trimmers, shavers, blades, guards, foils, replacement parts, grooming liquids, sprays, disinfectants, hair care products, beard care products, apparel, accessories, special-order items, sale items, clearance items, promotional items, gift cards, memberships, event registrations, and completed services.
Unauthorized Returns
Do not send items back without written approval from Prodigy Supply Co.
Unauthorized returns are not accepted and may be refused, returned to sender, held without refund, or processed only at Prodigy Supply Co.’s discretion.
If Prodigy Supply Co. chooses to accept an unauthorized return as a courtesy, up to a 45% restocking and handling fee may be deducted from any approved credit or refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless Prodigy Supply Co. confirms that the issue was caused by our error.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Each issue is reviewed individually. Prodigy Supply Co. may replace, refund, credit, or otherwise resolve an order issue if:
The item arrives with visible shipping damage;
The item has physical container damage;
The item has a visible product, bottle, packaging, label, or appearance defect;
The wrong item was shipped;
An item is missing from the order; or
Another issue is confirmed by Prodigy Supply Co.
To qualify for review, customers must contact us within 2 days of delivery.
Email support@prodigysupplyco.com with your order number, name, issue description, and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage, defect, or incorrect item.
Incorrect Items
If Prodigy Supply Co. confirms that the wrong item was shipped, we may provide a prepaid return label by email.
The incorrect item must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and materials. Once the incorrect item is received and inspected, we may send the correct item, issue store credit, or issue a refund depending on inventory, order details, and the circumstances.
Damaged Shipments
If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 2 days of delivery. Keep the product, packaging, shipping label, and all packing materials until the issue is resolved.
Damaged shipments may require a carrier claim or additional documentation. We may request photos or other information before approving a replacement, refund, or credit.
Manufacturer Defects and Warranties
Many professional tools and machines sold by Prodigy Supply Co. are covered by the original manufacturer’s limited warranty. Warranty terms, coverage periods, repair options, replacement decisions, shipping requirements, processing fees, and claim procedures are controlled by the manufacturer, not Prodigy Supply Co.
Prodigy Supply Co. does not provide its own separate warranty on manufacturer-branded clippers, trimmers, shavers, dryers, tools, blades, guards, foils, replacement parts, or accessories unless we clearly state otherwise in writing.
If you believe your item has a manufacturer defect, please review the warranty booklet included with the product and contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service.
If you purchased the item from Prodigy Supply Co. and need proof of purchase, email support@prodigysupplyco.com with your order number and we can provide a receipt or order confirmation to help support your manufacturer warranty claim.
Warranty coverage does not usually apply to normal wear and tear, misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, accidental damage, product buildup, sanitation issues, blade wear, battery wear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused after delivery. Final warranty decisions are made by the manufacturer.
Prodigy Supply Co. may assist with basic warranty direction when possible, but manufacturer warranty claims must generally be handled directly with the manufacturer.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if the cancellation request is received and approved before the order is packed, processed, or prepared for fulfillment.
Once an order has been packed, processed, shipped, or fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.
Approved customer-requested cancellations may be issued as store credit only, where available. Store credit terms may apply.
If Prodigy Supply Co. cannot fulfill an order or cannot ship within the required or stated timeframe, we will contact the customer with available options, which may include accepting the delay, receiving a substitute if approved, receiving store credit, or receiving a refund for the unshipped item or order where required.
Preorders, Backorders, and Special Orders
Preorder items, backordered items, special-order items, limited-release items, and made-to-order items may have separate terms. Unless otherwise stated, preorder, backorder, and special-order purchases are final sale.
If a preorder, backorder, or special-order item cannot be fulfilled, Prodigy Supply Co. will contact the customer with available options.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
If tracking shows that an order was delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should first check the delivery location, building, mailroom, front desk, neighbors, household members, and carrier tracking details.
Prodigy Supply Co. is not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier but are lost, stolen, misplaced, or taken after delivery.
If shipping protection, package protection, or carrier insurance is available and purchased or applicable, the customer may need to file a claim through the applicable provider or carrier.
Refunds and Store Credit
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method unless store credit applies or another resolution is approved.
Store credit may be issued for certain approved cancellations, exceptions, order issues, or customer service resolutions. Store credit has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, or other payment service.
Original shipping charges, handling fees, service fees, and other non-refundable charges are not refundable unless Prodigy Supply Co. confirms an error or a refund is required by law.
Services
Service payments, including shear sharpening appointments, mobile supply visits, education sessions, and event registrations, may have separate cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and no-show terms.
If a service page, booking page, event page, membership page, gift card page, checkout notice, or written agreement includes more specific terms, those specific terms apply to that service or purchase.
Shear Sharpening Appointments
For shear sharpening appointments, Prodigy Supply Co. may collect a minimum booking payment upfront. This payment may be applied toward the appointment total.
If a customer cancels less than 24 hours before the appointment or does not show up, the minimum booking payment may be forfeited.
If the customer reschedules with proper notice, the payment may remain credited toward the rescheduled appointment.
If Prodigy Supply Co. needs to reschedule, the payment remains credited and should not be forfeited.
Mobile Supply Visits
Mobile supply visits may be subject to service area limits, availability, scheduling approval, inventory availability, minimum order requirements, delivery or service fees, and separate cancellation or rescheduling terms.
Submitting a request does not guarantee appointment approval, product availability, delivery availability, or final pricing. Prodigy Supply Co. may approve, decline, reschedule, or modify mobile supply visit requests based on availability and operational needs.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are final sale, generally non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Gift cards may be subject to additional gift card terms, redemption limits, product or service eligibility rules, fraud review, and verification requirements.
Memberships and Subscriptions
Memberships and subscriptions may have separate billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and benefit terms. Please review the applicable membership terms before purchasing.
Membership charges are generally final once billed unless otherwise stated in the applicable membership terms or required by law.
Events and Education
Event registrations, education sessions, classes, demos, and ticketed experiences may have separate cancellation, transfer, refund, rescheduling, and no-show terms.
