These Events & Education Terms apply to Prodigy Supply Co. classes, demos, education sessions, barber events, product demonstrations, workshops, ticketed experiences, registrations, event purchases, event communications, and related offerings.
By registering for, purchasing, attending, participating in, or receiving access to a Prodigy Supply Co. event or education offering, you agree to these Events & Education Terms and any additional terms shown on the event page, checkout page, registration page, ticket, confirmation email, invoice, or written communication from Prodigy Supply Co.
Event Overview
Prodigy Supply Co. may offer education sessions, classes, workshops, product demonstrations, barber events, brand events, hands-on sessions, live demonstrations, networking events, and other professional or community-based experiences.
Event availability, pricing, registration requirements, capacity, location, schedule, instructors, speakers, topics, sponsors, products, and format may vary by event.
Event-Specific Terms
Each event may have its own specific terms, including price, date, time, location, capacity, refund rules, transfer rules, materials included, eligibility, age requirements, and attendance requirements.
If an event page, checkout notice, ticket, confirmation email, or written communication includes more specific terms, those event-specific terms apply to that event.
Registration and Payment
Registration may be required to attend certain events or education sessions.
Payment may be required before attendance is confirmed.
Submitting registration information or payment does not guarantee attendance until the registration is accepted, confirmed, and processed by Prodigy Supply Co.
Prodigy Supply Co. may cancel, decline, hold, or request additional information for a registration if there is a payment issue, capacity issue, suspected fraud, duplicate registration, eligibility issue, event change, or policy concern.
Final Sale
Unless otherwise stated in the event-specific terms, event registrations, classes, demos, education sessions, tickets, and paid experiences are final sale.
No refunds, exchanges, or credits are guaranteed for customer schedule conflicts, change of mind, failure to attend, late arrival, missed sessions, partial attendance, travel issues, weather affecting the attendee’s travel, or failure to review event details.
Any exception is at Prodigy Supply Co.’s discretion unless a refund or other remedy is required by law.
Customer Cancellations
If a customer needs to cancel attendance, the customer should contact Prodigy Supply Co. as soon as possible at support@prodigysupplyco.com.
Customer cancellation does not guarantee a refund, credit, transfer, or reschedule unless the event-specific terms clearly allow it or Prodigy Supply Co. approves an exception.
If store credit or event credit is approved, it may be subject to expiration, event eligibility, capacity, transfer limits, and other restrictions if legally permitted and clearly disclosed.
No-Shows and Late Arrivals
Failure to attend an event is considered a no-show.
No-shows are not eligible for refund, credit, transfer, or makeup attendance unless Prodigy Supply Co. approves an exception in writing or a remedy is required by law.
Late arrival may result in missed content, denied entry, limited participation, reduced access, or removal from hands-on portions if late entry would disrupt the event or create safety concerns.
Event Changes
Prodigy Supply Co. may update, modify, reschedule, relocate, postpone, or cancel an event when necessary.
Event changes may occur because of weather, emergency, instructor availability, speaker availability, venue issue, brand issue, product availability, low registration, staffing issue, illness, equipment issue, safety concern, travel issue, or operational need.
If an event is changed, Prodigy Supply Co. will make reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees using the contact information provided during registration.
Event Cancellation by Prodigy Supply Co.
If Prodigy Supply Co. cancels an event, we may offer a rescheduled date, substitute event, event credit, store credit, refund, or another reasonable option depending on the event, payment method, circumstances, and applicable law.
Prodigy Supply Co. is not responsible for attendee travel costs, lodging, lost wages, missed work, parking, transportation, childcare, or other indirect costs related to an event cancellation, reschedule, relocation, delay, or change unless required by law or agreed in writing.
Event Rescheduling by Prodigy Supply Co.
If Prodigy Supply Co. reschedules an event, registration may transfer to the new date when possible.
If the attendee cannot attend the rescheduled date, available options may depend on the event-specific terms, payment system, timing, and circumstances.
Event Capacity
Events may have limited capacity.
Registration may close when capacity is reached.
Prodigy Supply Co. may limit attendance based on venue capacity, safety, instructor capacity, product availability, service availability, equipment availability, or operational needs.
Waitlists
If waitlists are offered, placement on a waitlist does not guarantee attendance.
Prodigy Supply Co. may contact waitlisted customers if space becomes available.
Waitlist priority, timing, payment requirements, and acceptance deadlines may vary by event.
Transfers
Event registrations may not be transferred, sold, resold, assigned, or given to another person unless Prodigy Supply Co. allows the transfer in writing.
If transfers are allowed, Prodigy Supply Co. may require updated attendee information before approving the transfer.
Prodigy Supply Co. may decline a transfer for fraud prevention, eligibility, capacity, safety, payment, or operational reasons.
Event Conduct
Attendees must behave professionally and respectfully.
Prodigy Supply Co. may deny entry, remove an attendee, or refuse future attendance if an attendee engages in harassment, threats, abusive behavior, unsafe conduct, intoxication, illegal activity, disruption, property damage, theft, fraud, unauthorized recording, or behavior that interferes with the event or other attendees.
Removal from an event for misconduct does not guarantee a refund.
Safety and Participation
Some events may involve demonstrations, tools, blades, shears, clippers, trimmers, chemicals, products, heat, sharp objects, sanitation products, hands-on participation, or other professional-use materials.
Attendees are responsible for following safety instructions, instructor directions, venue rules, manufacturer instructions, and event-specific guidance.
Prodigy Supply Co. may limit or deny participation in hands-on portions if participation would create a safety concern or if the attendee does not follow instructions.
Professional Education Disclaimer
Prodigy Supply Co. education sessions are provided for informational, demonstration, professional development, product knowledge, and industry education purposes.
Unless clearly stated in writing, events do not provide a professional license, government certification, continuing education credit, school credit, formal credential, employment guarantee, business result guarantee, income guarantee, or performance guarantee.
Attendees are responsible for complying with any licensing, sanitation, safety, employment, business, or professional rules that apply to their own work.
Product Demonstrations
Product demonstrations may include tools, supplies, brands, techniques, product recommendations, or service examples.
Demonstrations are for educational and informational purposes only.
Product results may vary based on user skill, product condition, maintenance, technique, hair type, tool condition, sanitation practices, and professional judgment.
Products shown or used during an event may not always be available for purchase.
Purchases at Events
Products, services, memberships, gift cards, or other items may be offered for sale during or around events.
Purchases made at events are subject to Prodigy Supply Co.’s Terms of Use, Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Gift Card Terms, Membership Terms, service terms, product-specific terms, and any checkout or receipt terms.
Unless Prodigy Supply Co. approves an exception or a remedy is required by law, product sales are final.
Photos, Video, and Media
Prodigy Supply Co. may take photos, videos, audio, livestreams, or other media during events for business, educational, marketing, social media, website, training, or promotional purposes.
By attending an event, attendees acknowledge that they may appear in event-related photos, videos, audio, or other media.
If an attendee does not want to be photographed or recorded, the attendee should notify Prodigy Supply Co. before or at event check-in. Prodigy Supply Co. will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request, but complete exclusion from all background or crowd media cannot be guaranteed.
Attendee Recording
Attendees may not record, livestream, photograph, reproduce, distribute, sell, or republish event content, instructor content, presentation materials, demonstrations, attendee information, or proprietary materials without permission from Prodigy Supply Co.
Prodigy Supply Co. may allow limited personal photos or short personal clips when appropriate, but permission may vary by event.
Materials and Content
Event materials, handouts, slides, videos, demonstrations, checklists, designs, documents, and educational content are owned by or licensed to Prodigy Supply Co., the instructor, the brand, or the applicable content provider.
Attendees may not copy, resell, distribute, teach, publish, upload, or commercially use event materials without written permission.
Guest Instructors, Brands, and Sponsors
Events may include guest instructors, brand representatives, sponsors, vendors, collaborators, or third-party presenters.
Prodigy Supply Co. is not responsible for third-party statements, opinions, warranties, product claims, availability, pricing, or separate offers unless Prodigy Supply Co. clearly adopts them in writing.
Third-party products, services, websites, claims, promotions, or warranties may be subject to separate terms.
Venue Rules
Attendees must follow venue rules, parking rules, entry requirements, safety requirements, capacity limits, age restrictions, and any event-specific instructions.
Violation of venue or event rules may result in denied entry or removal without refund.
Age Requirements
Some events may be limited to adults, licensed professionals, students, barbers, stylists, shop owners, or other approved attendee groups.
If minors are allowed, they may need parent or guardian permission and supervision.
Prodigy Supply Co. may set or enforce age, eligibility, or participation requirements for specific events.
Accessibility and Accommodation Requests
Prodigy Supply Co. will make reasonable efforts to review accessibility or accommodation requests when received in advance.

Weather and Emergencies
Weather, emergencies, public safety concerns, power outages, transportation issues, venue issues, health concerns, or other unexpected events may require delay, rescheduling, relocation, modification, or cancellation.
Prodigy Supply Co. will make reasonable efforts to communicate event updates using the contact information provided during registration.
Communication
Attendees are responsible for providing accurate contact information and monitoring email, phone, text, account notices, or event communications.
Prodigy Supply Co. is not responsible for missed notices caused by incorrect contact information, email filtering, spam folders, phone issues, or failure to review communications.
Fraud, Abuse, and Payment Issues
Prodigy Supply Co. may cancel, hold, review, or decline an event registration if fraud, abuse, suspicious activity, payment issue, chargeback risk, unauthorized transfer, duplicate registration, or policy violation is suspected.
If a payment is reversed, refunded, disputed, or charged back, event access may be canceled or suspended.
Relationship to Other Policies
