Gift Card Terms

These Gift Card Terms apply to digital gift cards, physical gift cards, promotional gift cards, store credit, gift card codes, and related stored-value credits issued or sold by Prodigy Supply Co.

By purchasing, receiving, redeeming, or using a Prodigy Supply Co. gift card, you agree to these Gift Card Terms and any additional terms shown at the time of purchase or redemption.

Gift Card Overview

Prodigy Supply Co. may offer digital gift cards, physical gift cards, promotional gift cards, or store credit for use on eligible Prodigy Supply Co. products, services, or approved purchase channels.

Gift cards may be delivered digitally, physically, or through another approved method depending on the gift card type purchased.

Gift cards have no cash value except where required by law.

Final Sale

Gift card purchases are final sale.

Gift cards are generally non-refundable, non-returnable, and not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Prodigy Supply Co. may refuse, cancel, hold, review, or reverse a gift card purchase or redemption if fraud, abuse, payment issue, chargeback risk, system error, unauthorized use, or policy violation is suspected.

No Expiration Date

Prodigy Supply Co. gift cards do not expire unless a different expiration rule is clearly stated and legally permitted.

For launch, Prodigy Supply Co. does not plan to charge post-purchase inactivity, dormancy, service, or maintenance fees on gift cards.

Gift card terms may be updated if required by law, payment provider rules, platform requirements, or business operations.

Eligible Use

Gift cards may be used only for eligible purchases through Prodigy Supply Co. channels where gift card redemption is enabled.

Eligible redemption may include approved products, services, gift card-enabled checkout flows, or other approved Prodigy Supply Co. offerings.

Gift cards may not be eligible for every product, service, booking, membership, subscription, event, tax, shipping fee, delivery fee, service fee, deposit, or manual invoice unless Prodigy Supply Co. confirms eligibility.

Prodigy Supply Co. may limit gift card redemption for certain products, services, events, memberships, subscriptions, discounts, promotions, or restricted purchases.

Digital Gift Cards

Digital gift cards may be delivered by email or another digital delivery method.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct recipient email address and delivery information.

Prodigy Supply Co. is not responsible for gift cards sent to an incorrect email address or recipient if the customer entered incorrect information at checkout.

If a digital gift card is not received, contact support@prodigysupplyco.com with the order number and purchaser details so we can review the issue.

Physical Gift Cards

Physical gift cards may be available separately from digital gift cards.

Physical gift cards may include printed, engraved, or encoded gift card information.

Physical gift cards may require additional processing time, production time, shipping time, pickup coordination, or manual activation.

Prodigy Supply Co. is not responsible for physical gift cards that are lost, stolen, damaged, misplaced, exposed to weather, or taken after delivery once tracking confirms delivery, except where required by law or approved by Prodigy Supply Co.

Gift Card Codes

Gift card codes should be treated like cash.

The recipient is responsible for keeping the gift card code secure and private.

Prodigy Supply Co. is not responsible for unauthorized use of a gift card code if the code is lost, shared, stolen, forwarded, posted publicly, or used by another person.

Prodigy Supply Co. may not be able to replace a lost or stolen gift card unless we can verify the original purchase, confirm the remaining unused balance, and determine that replacement is appropriate.

Redemption

Gift cards may be redeemed by entering the gift card code at checkout or through another approved redemption method.

The gift card balance will be applied to eligible purchases according to the gift card system and checkout rules.

If the order total is greater than the available gift card balance, the customer is responsible for paying the remaining balance using an accepted payment method.

If the order total is less than the available gift card balance, the remaining balance may stay on the gift card for future eligible purchases unless otherwise required by law or affected by the gift card system.

Taxes, Shipping, and Fees

Gift cards may not cover taxes, shipping charges, delivery charges, service fees, booking fees, or other charges unless the checkout system allows it and Prodigy Supply Co. approves that use.

Taxes, shipping, delivery, service, and other charges may still be due at checkout even when a gift card is used.

Promotions and Discounts

Gift cards may not be combined with certain promotions, discounts, coupons, memberships, rewards, special offers, or store credits unless the checkout system allows it and Prodigy Supply Co. approves that combination.

Gift cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards unless Prodigy Supply Co. specifically allows it.

Promotional Gift Cards and Store Credit

Promotional gift cards, bonus credits, courtesy credits, store credits, rewards credits, or manually issued credits may have additional restrictions.

Promotional or courtesy credits may not have the same terms as paid gift cards.

Store credit may have no cash value and may be subject to separate terms, eligibility rules, or expiration rules if legally permitted and clearly disclosed.

Fraud Review and Verification

Gift card purchases and redemptions may be reviewed for fraud prevention and payment security.

Prodigy Supply Co. may delay, hold, cancel, or request verification for gift card orders or redemptions if fraud, abuse, suspicious activity, payment issue, chargeback risk, or unauthorized use is suspected.

Gift cards may be canceled or disabled if obtained through fraud, payment reversal, unauthorized transaction, system error, abuse, or violation of these terms.

Refunds Involving Gift Cards

If a purchase made with a gift card is approved for refund, the refunded amount may be returned to the original gift card, issued as store credit, or resolved through another method approved by Prodigy Supply Co.

Gift cards are generally not refunded to cash or another payment method except where required by law.

If an order was paid using both a gift card and another payment method, any approved refund may be split between the gift card balance and the original payment method depending on the order, payment system, and circumstances.

Memberships, Subscriptions, and Recurring Payments

Gift cards may not be eligible for memberships, subscriptions, recurring payments, or automatic renewals unless the checkout system supports that use and Prodigy Supply Co. clearly allows it.

Customers are responsible for reviewing membership and subscription terms before attempting to use a gift card for a recurring or membership-related purchase.

Services and Bookings

Gift cards may be eligible for certain services or bookings only if Prodigy Supply Co. enables and approves that use.

Service-related gift card redemption may be subject to appointment approval, service area limits, minimums, cancellation rules, no-show rules, rescheduling rules, and service-specific terms.

If a service, booking, or manual invoice requires payment outside the standard online checkout, gift card use may not be available unless approved by Prodigy Supply Co.

Lost, Stolen, or Misused Gift Cards

Prodigy Supply Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, deleted, misplaced, misdirected, or misused gift cards or gift card codes.

If you believe a gift card was lost, stolen, or used without authorization, contact support@prodigysupplyco.com as soon as possible.

Prodigy Supply Co. may review the request, but replacement is not guaranteed.

System Errors

If a gift card is issued, loaded, redeemed, discounted, duplicated, or credited incorrectly due to a system error, pricing error, payment issue, fraud issue, manual entry issue, or technical issue, Prodigy Supply Co. may correct the error, adjust the balance, cancel the gift card, or take another reasonable action.

Relationship to Other Policies

These Gift Card Terms work together with Prodigy Supply Co.’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Membership Terms, Shear Sharpening Service Terms, Mobile Supply Visit Terms, and any terms shown at checkout.

If another page or checkout notice includes more specific gift card terms, those specific terms may apply.

Policy Updates

Prodigy Supply Co. may update these Gift Card Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
