Membership Terms

These Membership Terms apply to Prodigy Supply Co. memberships, subscription memberships, member perks, recurring billing, discounts, rewards, member-only offers, and related benefits.

By purchasing, joining, renewing, using, or maintaining a Prodigy Supply Co. membership, you agree to these Membership Terms, the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Gift Card Terms, and any additional terms shown on the membership page or at checkout.

Membership Overview

Prodigy Supply Co. may offer membership tiers designed for different customers, including students, individual barbers, stylists, professionals, shop owners, teams, or other approved customer groups.

Memberships may include access to selected perks, discounts, rewards, offers, services, product access, event opportunities, or other benefits shown on the membership page or at checkout.

Specific membership names, prices, billing frequency, benefits, limits, and eligibility rules are controlled by the membership page and checkout terms shown at the time of purchase.

Membership Tiers

Prodigy Supply Co. may offer multiple membership tiers.

Each tier may have different pricing, benefits, discount rules, renewal terms, product eligibility, service eligibility, rewards eligibility, and limitations.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the tier details before purchasing.

Membership benefits are not guaranteed to be identical across tiers.

Recurring Billing

Some memberships may renew automatically on a monthly, annual, or other recurring billing schedule shown at checkout.

By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize Prodigy Supply Co. and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the membership amount, taxes if applicable, and any approved recurring charges according to the billing frequency shown at checkout.

The recurring billing amount, billing frequency, renewal date, and cancellation rules should be reviewed before purchase.

If a membership is not intended to renew automatically, the membership page or checkout should clearly state that.

Automatic Renewal

Recurring memberships continue until canceled, expired, declined, terminated, or otherwise ended according to these Membership Terms and the terms shown at checkout.

Customers must cancel before the applicable renewal date or cancellation deadline to avoid the next membership charge.

Membership cancellation does not automatically refund past charges unless a refund is approved by Prodigy Supply Co. or required by law.

Customer Consent

By completing a recurring membership purchase, the customer confirms that they reviewed and accepted the membership price, billing frequency, automatic renewal terms, cancellation policy, and any benefit limitations shown at checkout.

Prodigy Supply Co. may provide membership confirmation, order confirmation, receipt, account notice, or other acknowledgment by email or through the customer account.

Payment Method

Customers are responsible for keeping their payment method current and valid.

If a payment fails, expires, is declined, is reversed, or cannot be processed, membership benefits may be suspended, limited, canceled, or delayed.

Prodigy Supply Co. may attempt to process failed payments again according to the payment system, WooCommerce Subscriptions settings, payment processor rules, or applicable membership settings.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel a recurring membership according to the cancellation options made available by Prodigy Supply Co.

Cancellation options may include cancellation through the customer account, an online cancellation request, email support, or another approved method.

To request cancellation by email, contact support@prodigysupplyco.com with your name, account email, membership details, and cancellation request.

Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next renewal date or applicable cancellation deadline to avoid the next charge.

Cancellation Timing

Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

After cancellation, membership benefits may continue until the end of the current paid membership period, or may end earlier if stated on the membership page, checkout, or account settings.

Prodigy Supply Co. may require time to process cancellation requests. Customers should not wait until the last moment before renewal to request cancellation.

Refunds

Membership charges are generally final once billed.

Prodigy Supply Co. does not guarantee refunds, prorated refunds, partial refunds, or cash refunds for unused membership time, unused benefits, missed discounts, unused rewards, missed events, or customer failure to use available perks.

Refunds may be reviewed individually and may be approved only at Prodigy Supply Co.’s discretion or where required by law.

If a refund is approved, it may be issued to the original payment method, as store credit, or through another approved resolution depending on the circumstances and payment system.

Membership Benefits

Membership benefits may include discounts, rewards, points, product offers, service offers, early access, exclusive access, event access, educational opportunities, or other perks if offered by Prodigy Supply Co.

Benefits may vary by membership tier.

Benefits may be subject to product exclusions, service exclusions, brand exclusions, order minimums, quantity limits, usage limits, expiration rules, scheduling availability, inventory availability, event capacity, geographic limits, or other restrictions.

Benefit Changes

Prodigy Supply Co. may update, add, remove, replace, limit, pause, or modify membership benefits at any time unless otherwise stated in writing.

Membership benefits are not cash equivalents and have no cash value unless required by law.

Prodigy Supply Co. may correct errors involving benefits, discounts, rewards, points, eligibility, pricing, or checkout behavior.

Discounts and Rewards

Membership discounts and rewards apply only when enabled, configured, and available through the applicable checkout, account, rewards, or membership system.

Discounts and rewards may not apply to every product, brand, service, gift card, membership, subscription, event, shipping charge, tax, fee, sale item, clearance item, special order, preorder, backorder, or promotional item.

Discounts and rewards may not be combinable with other coupons, promotions, store credit, gift cards, rewards, or special offers unless Prodigy Supply Co. allows the combination.

Points Program

If Prodigy Supply Co. offers points or rewards, the points program may be subject to separate rewards terms, earning rules, redemption rules, expiration rules, exclusions, fraud review, and system limitations.

Do not assume points are earned or redeemable unless the points program is active, visible, and available at checkout or in the customer account.

Prodigy Supply Co. may adjust, reverse, expire, or cancel points issued because of refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, fraud, abuse, system errors, or order changes.

Member Pricing

Member pricing, if offered, may only be available to active eligible members.

Member pricing may not be applied retroactively to purchases made before membership activation, after cancellation, during payment failure, or outside the eligible membership period unless Prodigy Supply Co. approves otherwise.

Member pricing may exclude certain products, services, brands, special orders, preorders, backorders, limited releases, clearance items, sale items, bundles, gift cards, memberships, subscriptions, shipping, taxes, events, or other categories.

Service Benefits

Some memberships may include or offer discounts on services such as shear sharpening, mobile supply visits, events, education sessions, or related services.

Service benefits may be subject to appointment approval, service area limits, scheduling availability, capacity, minimums, cancellation rules, no-show rules, rescheduling rules, and service-specific terms.

Membership does not guarantee appointment availability, service availability, mobile visit approval, product availability, or event capacity.

Gift Cards and Memberships

Gift cards may not be eligible for membership purchases, recurring membership payments, or membership renewals unless the checkout system supports that use and Prodigy Supply Co. clearly allows it.

Membership purchases may not be made using promotional credit, store credit, gift cards, rewards, or coupons unless allowed by Prodigy Supply Co. and supported by the checkout system.

Account Requirement

A customer account may be required to purchase, manage, use, cancel, or access membership benefits.

Customers are responsible for keeping account information, email address, billing information, and payment information accurate and updated.

Prodigy Supply Co. is not responsible for missed notices, failed billing, unavailable benefits, or account issues caused by inaccurate customer information.

Non-Transferable

Memberships are personal to the account holder or approved business account unless Prodigy Supply Co. states otherwise in writing.

Memberships, discounts, rewards, points, perks, and benefits may not be transferred, sold, shared, assigned, resold, or used by unauthorized users.

Shop, Team, or Business Memberships

If Prodigy Supply Co. offers shop, team, or business memberships, those memberships may have separate eligibility rules, approved user limits, benefit limits, order limits, account permissions, and verification requirements.

Team or shop benefits may not be available until Prodigy Supply Co. approves the account and confirms the applicable membership setup.

Abuse, Fraud, and Misuse

Prodigy Supply Co. may suspend, cancel, limit, or terminate a membership if fraud, abuse, chargeback activity, unauthorized use, resale abuse, policy violations, account sharing, false information, payment issues, or misuse of benefits is suspected.

If a membership is terminated for misuse, fraud, abuse, or policy violation, refunds are not guaranteed.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a customer disputes, reverses, or charges back a membership payment, Prodigy Supply Co. may suspend or cancel the membership and related benefits while the issue is reviewed.

Membership benefits may be removed, reversed, or adjusted if payment is reversed, refunded, canceled, or disputed.

Taxes

Membership charges may be subject to taxes where applicable.

Customers are responsible for taxes, fees, or charges shown at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Taxes may vary based on location, product type, service type, membership structure, and applicable law.

Availability

Memberships may not always be available.

Prodigy Supply Co. may limit membership enrollment, pause new memberships, close tiers, change tiers, retire tiers, or modify membership availability based on business needs.

Technology and System Limitations

Membership access, discounts, rewards, points, renewals, billing, cancellations, and account features depend on WooCommerce, payment processors, membership tools, subscription tools, rewards tools, email systems, and other website systems.

Prodigy Supply Co. may correct system errors and is not responsible for temporary interruptions, display errors, delayed updates, incorrect benefit displays, plugin errors, payment processor outages, or technical issues outside its reasonable control.

Relationship to Other Policies

These Membership Terms work together with Prodigy Supply Co.’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Gift Card Terms, Shear Sharpening Service Terms, Mobile Supply Visit Terms, Events & Education Terms, and any membership-specific terms shown at checkout.

If the membership page, checkout, account page, or written agreement includes more specific terms, those specific terms apply.

Policy Updates

Prodigy Supply Co. may update these Membership Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

If required, Prodigy Supply Co. may provide additional notice for changes to recurring membership terms, cancellation terms, price changes, renewal terms, or other material membership changes.
